At StockUp Supply, we're passionate about show cattle just like you, and we recognized a gap in the market for show supplies. With countless brands, products, and supplements essential for your projects, finding everything you need in one place was a challenge. We've been there—juggling multiple sites or having to wait to get something at a supply trailer. That's why we launched StockUp Supply.
Although we don’t have every single product on the market (but it's our goal—let us know what we're missing!), we're dedicated to bringing you all the essentials, and then some, in one convenient location. Behind the Brand: Our Founder
Jon Gevelinger has over three decades of experience in the show cattle industry. His journey began showing cattle for his uncle, Bob May, before his career evolved marked by leadership and mentorship.
From raising and selling competitive show cattle, to conducting educational clinics nationwide to serving as a brand ambassador for Weaver Livestock and Purina Feeds, Jon has left a positive mark on the industry. His unwavering passion for show cattle extends beyond the ring, encompassing a deep commitment to empowering youth and their families involved in this community.
Return Policy
At StockUp Supply, we want you to shop with confidence and satisfaction. That's why we offer a 30-day returns policy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the guidelines below:
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiating a Return
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- You can reach us by emailing returns@shop.hopemediagroup.com.
Return Authorization
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Please ensure to clearly mark the RA number on the package and inside the package to expedite the processing of your return.
Liquids or Aerosols
Please contact us before returning any liquids or aerosols. Many times there are shipping restrictions on these products that need to be addressed first.
Large Freight
You will be responsible for everything associated with shipping back large freight items unless the item was received damaged. Cost and arrangements will need to be made by the customer.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.
- Processing Time:
- Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days after the return is processed.
- Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Exceptions:
- Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Please refer to the product description or contact us for clarification.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.
- We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
