Returns

  • Eligibility: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned, including:

    • Digital products (e.g., downloads, e-books, or media)

    • Gift cards

    • Sale or clearance items

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at hello@hopemediagroup.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions, including where to send your item.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to replace it. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with an exchange.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If we sent you the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and ensure the correct item is sent to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
